Role Context

Your role is to see patients, prescribe, and document — nothing more. The platform integrates therapy and psychiatry, meaning your patients often have co-located therapists within the same practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute initial psychiatric evaluations via secure video platform
• Manage follow-up appointments (30 minutes) for medication management and monitoring
• Diagnose and treat depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and PTSD
• Collaborate with in-network therapists for shared patient cases
• Document encounters in Talkiatry's integrated EHR (Elation)
• Respond to clinical messages from patients via the secure portal between visits

Requirements & Skills

• PMHNP-BC (ANCC) certification
• Active NP license in at least one state; willingness to obtain additional state licenses
• DEA registration required; X-waiver/buprenorphine prescribing a strong plus
• New graduates welcomed at select locations with supervised onboarding
• Reliable internet connection and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
• Strong diagnostic skills in complex psychiatric presentations
