Microsoft India is hiring Technical Support Engineers for its Customer Experience and Success (CXP) team in Hyderabad. You will provide advanced technical troubleshooting support to enterprise Azure customers — diagnosing infrastructure issues, guiding configuration decisions, and coordinating with product engineering teams when needed. This role is ideal for engineers with 2–4 years of cloud or systems administration experience who want to deepen their Azure expertise inside Microsoft.
You will handle escalated support cases from enterprise customers who use Azure services — compute, networking, storage, or identity. Cases are assigned via the internal ticketing system, and you own them end-to-end until resolution. You will collaborate with Azure product teams for engineering escalations and with customer success managers for customer relationship context. Microsoft's support engineering track has a defined career ladder from Support Engineer to Senior Engineer to Lead.
