React Frontend Developer

About This Role

Fresher Hub is looking for a React Frontend Developer to join a product team building customer-facing dashboards for B2B SaaS clients. You will work alongside UI designers and backend engineers to translate wireframes into functional interfaces. The team ships updates bi-weekly, and you will own specific UI modules from development through testing.

Role Context

The frontend team consists of 6 developers organized into two squads. Each squad handles a product line and coordinates directly with the product manager and QA lead. Tools used include Figma for design handoff, GitHub for version control, and Slack for daily communication. Code reviews are part of every pull request before merge.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop reusable UI components using React.js and functional component patterns
• Integrate frontend views with REST APIs built by the backend team
• Ensure responsive behavior across screen sizes using CSS and Tailwind
• Fix UI bugs reported by QA and resolve browser compatibility issues
• Collaborate in Figma design review sessions before development starts
• Write clean, commented code and maintain component documentation
• Participate in sprint retrospectives and suggest process improvements

Requirements & Skills

• Solid understanding of React.js, hooks, and component lifecycle
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience consuming REST APIs using Axios or Fetch
• Familiarity with state management tools like Redux or Context API
• Basic knowledge of Git and collaborative branching workflows
• Eye for detail in UI implementation — pixel accuracy matters here
• Ability to work independently once requirements are clarified

• Monthly salary: Rs.22,000 - Rs.45,000 based on experience
• Onsite role — offices in Pune and Chennai
