About This Role

Accenture is hiring Data Analysts for its Analytics and Artificial Intelligence practice based in Hyderabad. You will work on data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions for global clients across healthcare, consumer goods, and financial services. This role is for professionals with 1–4 years of experience who are comfortable with SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools. Freshers with strong academic projects in data analysis may also be considered.

Role Context

You will join a cross-functional analytics team that delivers data insights to client leadership teams. Projects typically run 6–18 months and involve building dashboards, automating reporting, and running ad hoc analyses to answer specific business questions. You will collaborate with data engineers who build the pipelines and with business consultants who translate findings into client recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Extract, clean, and analyse large datasets using SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI or Tableau for client reporting
Perform root-cause analysis on business performance anomalies
Automate recurring reports and reduce manual data handling effort
Collaborate with data engineers to define data quality rules and validation checks
Present analytical findings to client stakeholders in clear, non-technical language

Requirements & Skills

1–4 years of experience in a data analyst or MIS analyst role
Strong SQL skills — joins, aggregations, window functions, subqueries
Proficiency in Python for data manipulation (Pandas preferred)
Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau
Good Excel skills including pivot tables and advanced formulas
B.Tech, B.Sc. (Statistics/Maths), or MBA with analytics focus
