Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe medical dictations including clinic notes, operative reports, and care summaries
• Edit speech-recognized clinical drafts on BroadPath's secure platform
• Maintain accuracy and production metrics per client service level agreements
• Follow HIPAA privacy rules and BroadPath's data security protocols strictly
• Participate in regular QA audits and coaching sessions
• Communicate availability and schedule adherence to the workforce management team

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of medical transcription or clinical documentation experience
• Multi-specialty medical terminology knowledge
• Typing speed of 65+ WPM
• Experience with EHR documentation (Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts preferred)
• Ability to adhere to a set daily schedule in a remote environment
• RHDS or CMT certification preferred
