Transcriptionists edit, complete, and quality-check physician notes produced by the AI before they are finalized in patient records. Key Responsibilities

• Edit AI-generated physician notes produced by Dragon Medical One
• Transcribe overflow or low-confidence files from scratch
• Verify medical terminology, drug dosages, and diagnostic codes for accuracy
• Meet account-specific turnaround times and production targets
• Coordinate with quality assurance editors on complex or disputed content
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and client data governance policies

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of medical transcription or health information experience
• Experience with Dragon Medical, MModal, or similar speech recognition platforms
• Strong multi-specialty vocabulary — acute care, radiology, or surgical specialties preferred
• Typing speed of 70+ WPM
• RHDS or CMT certification preferred
• Familiarity with Epic or Cerner EHR documentation environments
