Role Context

CVS Health's BA team operates at the intersection of pharmacy operations, health insurance, and digital transformation. You will work with business owners across CVS's retail pharmacy, MinuteClinic, and Aetna insurance divisions — translating operational and compliance needs into clear requirements for development and data teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze healthcare operations and identify improvement opportunities
• Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements for CVS digital and pharmacy systems
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Develop data reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators across operations
• Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder review sessions
• Support UAT, defect tracking, and go-live activities for system releases

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 0–2 years of business analysis or related experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA is a plus
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Healthcare or pharmacy industry experience is beneficial but not required
