Role Context

This BA role sits within UHG's internal technology team supporting occupational health application systems. You will work at the intersection of healthcare operations and IT — bridging business users, external vendors, and development teams to drive continuous improvement in health management systems used by UHG's workforce globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end delivery support for EOHS vendor-hosted healthcare applications
• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, and test cases for system changes
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor system performance and usage metrics
• Collaborate with IT and vendor teams during implementation and testing phases
• Support change management activities and end-user training documentation

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in a business analyst or related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SQL or data query experience preferred
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA is a plus
• Experience with HRIS, EHR, or occupational health systems is beneficial
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
