Senior Citizen Home Care Field Executive Jobs in Delhi – Elderly Support Program Onsite

About This Role

Fresher Hub is placing Home Care Field Executives with an elderly care service provider operating across South and Central Delhi. Each executive is assigned a set of 4 to 6 senior clients within a defined residential zone and visits them on a scheduled basis — typically once a day or on alternate days. The role involves direct non-medical support: companionship, medication reminders, mobility assistance, light housekeeping help, and health observation. It is emotionally demanding work that requires genuine patience and a calm, reliable disposition.

Role Context

You will be part of a zonal team of 8 field executives managed by a Zone Coordinator who reviews care logs daily and conducts bi-weekly check-ins. Each client has a care plan prepared by the company that you follow and update after each visit. Family members receive a daily update through the company app, so your visit notes feed directly into what families see. Most clients are between 70 and 85 years old and live alone or with limited family presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned senior clients at their homes on the scheduled frequency and duration
• Provide medication reminders and confirm that prescribed doses are taken correctly
• Assist clients with light mobility — moving between rooms, bathroom visits, and sitting up
• Observe and record any changes in client health, mood, or behavior after each visit
• Support light housekeeping tasks — tidying the immediate living area, ensuring clean water and food is accessible
• Communicate any urgent health concern directly to the Zone Coordinator within 30 minutes of observation
• Update the client care log in the company app at the end of every visit

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 12th pass; nursing aide or caregiver training certificate is a strong advantage
• Prior experience working with elderly patients or family members is preferred
• Fluent in Hindi; basic English for app-based reporting
• Physically active and emotionally steady when working with frail or unwell clients
• Comfortable traveling within a defined zone of South or Central Delhi by public transport
• Smartphone user — all visit logs and updates are submitted via the company app

• ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month
