Job Title: Analyst – IT / Tech / Data Analyst

Experience Level: 2–3 Years Salary Range: ₹5.5 LPA – ₹8.5 LPA

Role Context:

The analyst works within the Global Orders Management function supporting custom service requests and operational workflows across international business units. Daily activities include processing client orders, validating data across ERP and CRM systems, and coordinating with project managers, account managers, finance teams, and operations specialists. The role also supports reporting reconciliation between Oracle ERP and LIMS platforms to ensure invoicing accuracy and proper revenue tracking. Since teams operate across UK, US, and APAC regions, analysts may work in rotational shifts depending on project and stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage client orders within Oracle ERP and related systems
  • Review contracts, purchase orders, and supporting documents for order accuracy
  • Generate quotes, amendments, and revisions for custom service requests
  • Maintain customer information and credit records within Salesforce
  • Coordinate with finance, operations, and project teams to resolve order-related issues
  • Monitor ERP and LIMS integrations to identify discrepancies or reporting gaps
  • Process pricing changes, purchase order updates, and order modifications accurately
  • Prepare and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, and training materials
  • Participate in stakeholder calls to discuss project status, risks, and order dependencies
  • Support reporting activities related to invoicing, revenue recognition, and operational tracking

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university required
  • 2–3 years of experience working with ERP or CRM systems preferred
  • Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Siebel, or similar platforms is beneficial
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills required
  • Comfortable handling large datasets and process-driven workflows
  • Good communication skills for cross-functional and stakeholder collaboration
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio preferred
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies and escalate operational risks appropriately
  • Willingness to work in UK, US, or APAC shifts based on business needs
