HR Business Partner

About the Role

Accenture is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a large consulting practice across talent strategy, employee relations, and organizational development. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and drive people programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and talent acquisition
• Lead performance management cycles and succession planning initiatives
• Advise on employee relations matters, investigations, and compliance
• Design and facilitate leadership development and engagement programs
• Analyse people data to surface insights and recommend HR interventions

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a professional services firm
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance requirements
• Proven ability to influence and build trust at senior leadership levels
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
