We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our growing team. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Conduct client meetings and present ideas, updates, reports, and campaign strategies effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Up to 2 years of experience in client servicing within a digital marketing agency or advertising agency
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with clients
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services and campaign processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
