About the Role

Deloitte is looking for a Management Consultant to help Fortune 500 clients solve complex operational and strategic challenges. You will work in fast-paced project environments spanning strategy, technology, and organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop frameworks, models, and recommendations for executive audiences
• Lead workstreams on large-scale transformation engagements
• Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Contribute to business development through proposals and thought leadership

Requirements

• MBA or Bachelor's from a top-tier university
• 2–5 years of management consulting or strategy experience
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation and executive communication abilities
