Registered Nurse - Clinical

About the Role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within a clinical research and hospital environment. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient monitoring, treatment coordination, and care documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor patients during clinical studies and document observations accurately
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge planning
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and allied health staff

Requirements

• Active RN license in applicable state
• BSN preferred; ADN with 3+ years of clinical experience accepted
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong documentation skills and proficiency with EMR systems
