Hospitality Care is urgently filling Ward Boy positions at a private hospital in Jaipur. The hospital serves a large volume of patients from across Rajasthan and requires dependable support staff who can manage ward responsibilities with minimal supervision. This is a stable, long-term role with immediate joining for suitable candidates.

Role Context

Jaipur's private healthcare sector serves both urban patients and a large inflow from rural Rajasthan, which means wards are consistently occupied. You will be assigned to a ward under a senior ward boy and a nurse in-charge, and given a defined set of daily responsibilities. New joiners work alongside an experienced colleague for the first two weeks before independent shift assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport patients between wards, the OT preparation area, and diagnostic departments
• Assist nursing staff with patient positioning and mobility support
• Maintain ward hygiene — mopping, surface cleaning, and bin management
• Collect laboratory specimens from the ward and deliver to the lab
• Restock ward supply trolleys at the beginning and midpoint of each shift
• Manage soiled linen removal and replacement on the assigned ward
• Assist family members of patients in finding the right department or counter

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 8th or 10th pass
• Fluent in Hindi; Rajasthani dialect speakers welcome
• Physically active and comfortable working in a hospital environment
• Reliable attendance — shift coverage is essential for patient safety
• Prior hospital or clinic experience preferred but freshers will be considered
• Willing to work rotational shifts including night duty

• ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
