About This Role

InnoSoft India is recruiting a Software Developer for its Hyderabad office to work on enterprise resource planning and workflow automation platforms. The company builds configurable ERP modules for manufacturing and supply chain clients across India and Southeast Asia. This role is part of a nine-person development team working on core product features and client-specific customizations using Java and the Spring framework. Freshers and candidates with up to three years of experience are both welcome to apply.

Role Context

You will report to the Team Lead and work on assigned ERP modules covering inventory, procurement, and production planning. Client delivery cycles run on four-week milestones, and your work will directly impact live systems used by manufacturing operations teams. You will interact regularly with business analysts and implementation consultants to translate functional requirements into working software. The Hyderabad office runs a structured environment with well-defined responsibilities for each team member at every level.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain modules within the company's Java-based ERP product platform
Translate functional requirements from business analysts into technical design specifications
Build configurable workflows supporting client-specific procurement and production scheduling rules
Write stored procedures and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data-intensive operations
Perform unit testing and participate in end-to-end test cycles before each client release
Coordinate with the implementation team to resolve post-deployment issues promptly
Document module behavior, configuration options, and integration points clearly and accurately
Support data migration tasks during new client onboarding phases as assigned

Requirements & Skills

1–3 years of Java development experience with Spring MVC or Spring Boot preferred
Solid SQL skills including stored procedures, joins, and performance-aware query writing
Understanding of object-oriented design principles and commonly used design patterns
Experience with or awareness of ERP domain concepts is a significant advantage
Comfort working on multi-module software products rather than isolated standalone applications
Ability to work under delivery timelines with structured milestone-based progress tracking
Good communication in English for discussions with business analysts and implementation teams

Monthly salary of ₹25,000–₹50,000 commensurate with experience and Java proficiency
