In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls on behalf of healthcare providers, insurance payers, and pharmacy benefit programs. Your primary purpose will be to assist patients, members, and healthcare professionals with inquiries related to benefits, claims, prescriptions, referrals, and appointment information — all from the comfort of your home office.
