About This Role

BillRight Medical USA is opening doors for candidates with no prior professional experience to launch a rewarding career in medical billing and coding. • Enter patient and insurance information accurately into billing software platforms
  • Submit clean claims to insurance carriers and government payers within established timelines
  • Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims and document all correspondence in the system
  • Post insurance payments and patient payments to accounts and reconcile balances
  • Identify and correct billing errors before claim submission to minimize denials
  • Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation gaps affecting coding
  • Participate in daily team check-ins and weekly training workshops during the onboarding period

Requirements & Skills

  • High school diploma or GED required; medical billing and coding certificate strongly preferred
  • No prior work experience required — recent graduates from accredited programs are welcome
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare billing concepts
  • Familiarity with health insurance types including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn proprietary billing software
  • Reliable internet access and ability to maintain a quiet and secure home workspace
  • Eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and ability to follow structured training protocols

Benefits & Work Conditions

  • Starting monthly salary of USD 2,400 – 3,200, increasing after successful completion of training
  • Fully remote position with no commute required
  • Free access to internal coding education resources and external CEU libraries
  • Medical and dental benefits available after 90-day probationary period
  • Clear promotion pathway to senior coder and billing analyst roles within 12–18 months
