Responsibilities

• Develop nursing management skills through Prisma Health's structured Entry Level Leader program
• Assist unit Nurse Manager in coordinating daily operations, patient flow, and staff assignments
• Monitor clinical quality indicators and assist in developing unit improvement action plans
• Lead nurse-to-nurse bedside shift report and participate in hourly rounding initiatives
• Assist in orientation and competency validation of newly hired nursing staff
• Engage with the patient and family advisory network to improve care experience
• Complete Prisma Health Leadership Development Institute coursework and simulations

Requirements

• BSN required
• Active South Carolina RN license or compact state license
• Recent nursing graduate with desire to pursue a career in nursing management
• BLS certification required
• Strong commitment to serving South Carolina's diverse patient communities
• Excellent leadership aptitude and collaborative communication style
