Responsibilities
- Rotate through clinical and administrative roles within the nursing department as part of a structured trainee program
- Assist with daily staffing coordination and float pool assignment across nursing units
- Support charge nurses in managing unit workflow and patient throughput
- Learn budget management fundamentals including labor cost monitoring and supply utilization
- Participate in regulatory readiness activities and mock surveys
- Coordinate patient transfer and discharge planning in collaboration with case management
- Complete competency validation in clinical documentation and EMR systems
Requirements
- BSN from an accredited nursing program
- Current or pending RN licensure
- Recent nursing school graduate; leadership experience in clinical settings strongly preferred
- Strong desire to build a career in nursing management
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays during training
