Responsibilities
- Complete a structured 12-month rotational leadership training program across clinical units
- Shadow and assist experienced nurse managers in staffing, budgeting, and quality oversight
- Coordinate care delivery and support nursing staff in providing safe, high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety reporting
- Learn and apply regulatory compliance requirements including The Joint Commission standards
- Manage shift operations and serve as a nursing resource during manager-on-duty rotations
- Develop proficiency in scheduling, payroll, and workforce management systems
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred
- Active RN licensure in the state of employment or eligibility to obtain
- Recent graduate (May 2024–2026) or up to 1 year of nursing experience
- Demonstrated leadership through clinical rotations, student nurse organizations, or prior experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and team coordination skills
