About Infosys Off Campus 2026
Infosys is conducting its 2026 Off Campus Hiring Drive for freshers across India. This is Infosys's structured mass hiring program for BE, B.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc (CS/IT) graduates from the 2024 and 2025 batches. Selected candidates join Infosys as Systems Engineers or Digital Specialist Engineers (DSE) depending on their InfyTQ certification score and performance in the selection process. Infosys is one of India's largest employers and this off-campus drive is your opportunity to join without waiting for your college to have a direct tie-up.
Hiring Tracks
- Systems Engineer (SE): Entry-level software engineering role. Assigned to development, testing, or maintenance projects after training. CTC: ₹3.6 LPA (approx ₹30,000/month).
- Digital Specialist Engineer (DSE): Higher-package role for candidates with strong skills in cloud, data engineering, or full-stack development. CTC: ₹6.5 – ₹9.5 LPA depending on specialization (approx ₹54,000 – ₹79,000/month). Requires InfyTQ Prime certification or strong technical interview performance.
Eligibility
- BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (CS / IT) — 2024 or 2025 pass-out
- Minimum 65% aggregate across 10th, 12th, and graduation — no active backlogs
- Maximum 2 years of educational gap across the entire academic career
- Should not be currently employed at Infosys or have appeared in any Infosys interview in the last 6 months
Selection Process

- Complete InfyTQ certification exams to boost your shortlisting score
- Infosys Online Test (HackWithInfy or standard aptitude + coding test depending on track)
- Technical Interview (virtual)
- HR Interview (virtual)
- Offer letter and Global Education Center (GEC) training date communicated
