About This Role
Wipro is hiring freshers across India for its Work From Home programs in 2026, covering both IT services and Business Process Services (BPS) divisions. This is a fully remote role for 2023, 2024, and 2025 graduates. Depending on your qualification and assessment score, you will be placed in either the IT fresher track (software testing, IT helpdesk, or junior developer) or the BPS track (customer service, back-office operations, or virtual assistant). Both tracks offer structured training, career growth, and all the stability of working at a top global IT company — from home.
Available WFH Tracks for Freshers
- IT Track – Software Test Engineer: Test web and mobile applications using manual and basic automation testing. B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc (CS) freshers eligible. CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹4.5 LPA.
- IT Track – IT Helpdesk Support (Remote): Provide L1 technical support for Wipro's enterprise clients over chat and email. B.Tech / BCA freshers eligible. Rotational shifts. CTC: ₹2.8 – ₹3.8 LPA.
- BPS Track – Customer Support Executive (Remote): Handle customer queries for Wipro's BPS clients via chat and email. Any graduation. CTC: ₹2.4 – ₹3.2 LPA.
- BPS Track – Back Office Data Processing (Remote): Document verification, data entry, and MIS tasks. Any graduation. CTC: ₹2.2 – ₹3.0 LPA.
Common Eligibility
- Any graduation or B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc — 2023, 2024, or 2025 pass-out
- Minimum 60% aggregate across 10th, 12th, and graduation (IT track); 50% for BPS track
- No active backlogs at time of application
- Personal laptop with Windows 10 or above and wired broadband: 20 Mbps minimum
