Registered Nurse – New Graduate – HCA Healthcare

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of experienced RN preceptors during residency
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for assigned patients
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and nursing protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs, lab values, and clinical status — recognize and respond to changes
- Document nursing assessments and interventions accurately in Epic EHR
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active or pending RN license in the state of employment
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred for critical care units)
- Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking ability
