Data Analyst – Drug Development Analytics – Eli Lilly and Company

We are hiring a Data Analyst to support drug development analytics in Indianapolis, IN — working with clinical trial data that directly impacts life-changing therapies reaching patients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Analyze clinical trial datasets to support efficacy and safety assessments across Lilly's drug development pipeline
- Develop SAS and R programs for CDISC SDTM/ADaM dataset creation, validation, and regulatory submission
- Generate TLF (Tables, Listings, and Figures) outputs for clinical study reports submitted to FDA and EMA
- Maintain data quality by performing programming validation and QC against independently derived programs
- Support real-world evidence (RWE) analytics using claims databases and EHR data
- Document programming specifications and maintain analysis dataset programming libraries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- SAS programming proficiency (Base SAS, SAS STAT) required; R is a plus
- Familiarity with CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM), GCP, and regulatory data submission guidelines
- Strong attention to detail in programming validation activities
- Collaborative mindset for working in cross-functional global clinical teams
