Data Analyst – Biostatistics & Clinical Data – Pfizer

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support biostatistics and clinical data operations on our Research and Development team in New York — working on real clinical trial data that shapes drug development decisions.
Responsibilities
- Perform statistical analysis and data management for Phase I–III clinical trials across Pfizer's therapeutic pipeline
- Program and validate SAS or R scripts for clinical data transformation, reporting, and submission deliverables
- Generate tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) for clinical study reports and regulatory submissions (FDA, EMA)
- Review and validate CDISC SDTM and ADaM datasets for regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with biostatisticians, clinical scientists, and data management teams throughout the clinical trial lifecycle
- Support inspection readiness activities and respond to data queries from health authorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Bioinformatics
- Proficiency in SAS programming (Base SAS, SAS STAT) or R for statistical computing
- Understanding of clinical trial design, ICH E9 guidelines, and CDISC standards a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and GCP compliance
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, global team environment
