About This Role

Tech Mahindra is conducting its Entry Level Training Program (ELTP) recruitment for 2026. ELTP is Tech Mahindra's flagship off-campus hiring program for BE and B.Tech freshers from the 2024 and 2025 graduating batches. Selected candidates go through a paid training period before being deployed on software development, testing, or IT infrastructure projects. This is one of the largest entry-level tech hiring programs in India and is an excellent starting point for a career in IT services.

About ELTP

ELTP at Tech Mahindra is a 60-day structured training program held at Tech Mahindra's training facilities. The program covers programming fundamentals, software engineering practices, domain knowledge, and client communication. Trainees are assessed at multiple checkpoints and final deployment is based on performance and project requirements. Trainees who clear all assessments receive a full-time job offer letter on completion day. Training is paid at a stipend rate with full CTC beginning from deployment.

Key Responsibilities — Post Deployment

Contribute to software development, testing, or IT support tasks on assigned client project
Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies — planning, standups, reviews
Write code, test cases, or configuration scripts as assigned by senior team members
Document work in Jira, Confluence, or client-specific project tools
Complete quarterly learning and certification goals
Seek feedback proactively from technical lead and mentor

Eligibility

BE / B.Tech in CS, IT, ECE, EEE, Mechanical, or Civil — 2024 or 2025 pass-out
Minimum 60% aggregate across 10th, 12th, and graduation
No active backlogs at time of application
Gap in education up to 1 year acceptable with valid reason
Willing to relocate for training and initial deployment
