About This Role

Wipro is hiring fresher Business Analysts for its remote consulting and IT services team in India. This is a work-from-home position for 2023–2025 graduates who have strong analytical thinking, good communication skills, and an interest in understanding how businesses use technology. Wipro provides structured training in BA tools, client engagement, and requirement documentation. No prior corporate experience is required — your aptitude and learning mindset are what matter.

Role Context

Business Analysts at Wipro act as the bridge between clients and technical delivery teams. In the early months as a fresher, your work will focus on gathering requirements from client stakeholders, documenting business processes, maintaining project logs, and supporting senior BAs in preparing functional specifications. You will be assigned to a live client project from week three. The remote setup relies on Microsoft Teams for daily standups and collaboration. Most client calls happen during standard IST hours with occasional early-morning slots for US clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior BAs in conducting requirement-gathering sessions with client stakeholders
• Document functional requirements, user stories, and process flows using standard templates
• Create and maintain business process diagrams using MS Visio or Lucidchart
• Manage project trackers, meeting logs, and requirement traceability matrices
• Participate in sprint planning and review calls with development teams
• Prepare client-facing reports and status update decks
• Perform UAT coordination — collect test cases, log results, and track defects

Requirements

• BBA, MBA (fresher), B.Tech, or B.Sc — 2023, 2024, or 2025 pass-out
• Strong logical reasoning and structured problem-solving ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic Visio
• Exposure to Agile methodology or SDLC concepts is a plus
• Laptop with Windows 10 or above and stable broadband
