About This Role

Wipro is hiring Remote IT Helpdesk Support Executives for its night shift team in India. This work-from-home position involves providing Level 1 technical support to Wipro's enterprise clients based in the US, UK, and Australia. If you have a basic understanding of IT systems, good English communication, and are comfortable working night shifts, this is a high-paying remote role with career growth into L2 and L3 support tracks. Freshers with IT graduation are eligible.

Role Context

Wipro's IT helpdesk supports enterprise clients around the clock. The night shift team in India handles tickets from clients in Western time zones (US and Europe). You will use ITSM tools like ServiceNow to manage tickets, provide remote desktop support, and troubleshoot standard hardware and software issues. Average ticket volume is 20–30 per shift. Complex or unresolved issues are escalated to L2 engineers. Night shift attracts an additional allowance over the base salary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound IT support tickets via phone, chat, and email from enterprise users
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS issues, MS Office errors, VPN connectivity problems, and printer failures
  • Perform remote desktop support using tools like TeamViewer or RDP
  • Reset passwords and manage user access via Active Directory
  • Log all interactions accurately in ServiceNow ITSM platform
  • Escalate L2-level issues with detailed notes to the next-level support team
  • Meet SLA targets for first-call resolution and average handling time

Requirements

  • B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE), BCA, or B.Sc (Computer Science / IT) — freshers of 2023, 2024, or 2025 batch
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, and network troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and VPN tools is a plus
  • Good spoken and written English — international client communication
  • Willingness to work night shift: 9 PM – 6 AM IST or 11 PM – 8 AM IST
  • Own laptop with minimum 8 GB RAM and stable broadband: 25 Mbps
