Medical Technology Associate – Women & Child Care

About This Role

Cloudnine Group of Hospitals — India's largest chain of women and child hospitals — is hiring fresh biomedical graduates as Medical Technology Associates to manage obstetric, neonatal, and pediatric clinical equipment across Cloudnine's network of super-specialty maternity and child care hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and service specialized women and child healthcare equipment — fetal monitors (CTG), neonatal incubators, phototherapy units, infant warmers, and NICU monitoring systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of obstetric and neonatal clinical devices as per manufacturer and NABH requirements
• Ensure round-the-clock equipment availability in labor rooms, OTs, and NICU — minimizing downtime for high-acuity patient care areas
• Coordinate with equipment vendors for repairs and spare parts procurement
• Maintain equipment compliance documentation for Cloudnine's NABH and JCI accreditation standards
• Train nursing and clinical staff on proper use and basic care of obstetric and neonatal equipment

Requirements & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering — 2024/2025 batch
• Interest in maternal and child healthcare technology and neonatal equipment
• Comfortable working in NICU, labour room, and maternity OT clinical environments
• Sensitive and professional demeanor appropriate for a maternal and child care environment
• Good organizational and documentation skills
