About This Role

Max Healthcare — North India's largest hospital network — is recruiting fresh biomedical engineering graduates as Biomedical Services Associates to manage clinical equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and vendor coordination across Max Healthcare's super-specialty hospitals in NCR, Punjab, and UP.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and emergency breakdown responses for clinical equipment across assigned hospital departments
• Perform safety testing per IEC 60601 electrical safety standards and NABH biomedical engineering requirements
• Manage equipment calibration due dates and coordinate with accredited calibration labs for periodic certification
• Track equipment fault history and prepare cost analysis reports for repair vs. replacement decisions
• Onboard new clinical equipment — conduct acceptance testing, enter assets into CAFM/HIMS system, and brief clinical users
• Maintain the biomedical department's compliance documentation for NABH, JCI, and Max Healthcare's internal quality standards

Requirements & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering — 2024/2025 batch
• Sound understanding of medical equipment maintenance principles and hospital clinical environment safety
• Good organizational skills for managing equipment databases and compliance tracking
• Proficiency in MS Office — Excel for equipment tracking, Word for service reports
• Team player who can collaborate with clinical nursing, facilities, and IT teams
