Application Specialist – In Vitro Diagnostics

About This Role

Agappe Diagnostics — one of India's leading IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) companies — is hiring fresh life science and biomedical graduates as Application Specialists to provide clinical laboratory training, technical support, and instrument application expertise for Agappe's hematology, biochemistry, and immunoassay analyzers across India's hospital and diagnostic laboratory customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission Agappe's clinical chemistry, hematology, and immunoassay analyzer systems at hospital and standalone laboratory customer sites
• Train laboratory scientists, pathologists, and technicians on instrument operation, quality control procedures, and routine maintenance for Agappe analyzers
• Troubleshoot analytical quality issues — imprecision, inaccuracy, carryover, and reagent-related problems — at laboratory accounts
• Conduct method correlation studies, comparative evaluation trials, and clinical utility demonstrations for new instrument placements
• Provide ongoing application support and respond to technical queries from laboratory customers
• Support Agappe's sales team in tender bids, product demonstrations, and new account development activities

Requirements & Skills

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Life Sciences — 2024/2025 batch
• Basic understanding of clinical laboratory diagnostics — hematology, clinical chemistry, immunoassay, and coagulation
• Good communication skills for laboratory professional and pathologist interactions
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory for laboratory customer visits
• Comfortable with laboratory environments and clinical diagnostic settings
