Finance Analyst Jobs Bangalore India – Walmart Corporate

Fresher Jobs Hub is hiring a Finance Analyst for Walmart's Corporate Finance team in Bangalore. This is an onsite, full-time role within Walmart India's finance function, responsible for financial analysis, budgeting support, variance reporting, and business performance tracking. Candidates with strong analytical skills and a passion for finance in a global corporate environment will thrive in this role.

You will work with large datasets, prepare financial models, and provide actionable insights that support decision-making by Walmart's India leadership team. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Analyse business performance data and present insights to senior stakeholders
• Maintain financial models for cost tracking, profitability, and scenario planning
• Coordinate with business units to gather financial data and validate accuracy
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements

Requirements:

• B.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter, or equivalent qualification
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
• Advanced MS Excel skills — pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modelling
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills in English
