TechServe BPO Solutions is hiring Customer Support Executives for its inbound voice and chat process in Lucknow. This is a day shift, office-based role that does not require prior BPO experience. If you can communicate clearly in Hindi and have basic computer skills, you are eligible to apply. Freshers who have completed 12th or graduation and are looking for their first job in Lucknow will find this a stable and well-paying starting point.
You will handle inbound queries from customers of a telecom or e-commerce client, depending on project allocation. Daily call volume is 80–100 per agent. A team leader sits on the same floor and is available for real-time guidance. The first week is paid training — you go live on calls only after you are confident with the process. Office is located in Hazratganj area with good public transport access.
