About This Role

Fresher Hub is placing a Front Office Executive at a mid-sized corporate law firm in Connaught Place, Central Delhi. The role is on third-party payroll through Fresher Hub for an initial contract period of 12 months, with the possibility of absorption based on performance and business requirement. The firm handles corporate advisory, dispute resolution, and compliance work, and the front office is the first contact point for clients, legal counsels, and court-side staff. The role is primarily administrative but carries a significant amount of client-facing responsibility.

Role Context

The office runs Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The front office team consists of 2 executives managed by the Office Manager. You will handle visitor reception, call routing, courier and dispatch management, conference room scheduling, and basic administrative coordination. Legal offices have a distinct working culture — discretion, professional conduct, and accurate record-keeping matter as much as efficiency here. Exposure to legal documentation or company secretarial work is useful but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive clients and visitors, verify appointments, and direct them to the appropriate partner or associate
  • Handle incoming calls, screen and transfer to the right person, and take accurate messages
  • Manage courier dispatch and inward — maintain a register for all legal documents sent and received
  • Schedule and prepare conference rooms for client meetings and internal review sessions
  • Coordinate stationery, consumable procurement, and vendor invoice submission to accounts
  • Maintain visitor logs, meeting registers, and daily dispatch records without gaps
  • Support partners and associates with printing, binding, and document packaging for court filings

Requirements & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline; commerce or arts preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of front office or receptionist experience in a corporate or professional services environment
  • Good spoken and written English — the firm interacts with corporate clients and senior counsels
  • Well-groomed and composed in a formal office setting
  • Proficient in MS Office — Outlook, Word, and Excel for daily administrative tasks
  • Discreet with client information and legal matter details — confidentiality is non-negotiable in this environment

Benefits & Work Conditions

  • ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month on third-party payroll
  • Monday to Saturday, fixed day shift — no rotational schedule
  • PF and ESI covered under the third-party payroll arrangement
  • Absorption into direct payroll considered after 12 months based on firm requirement
