Fresher Hub
Fresher Hub is recruiting onsite Call Center Executives for a BPO client operating out of Delhi. The role covers handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving service and product queries, and maintaining accurate call logs in the CRM. This is a full-time, office-based position with fixed shifts, open to freshers and candidates with prior call center experience.
You will work within a team of 20-plus agents under a Team Leader. The client handles customers in the financial services and e-commerce space, so interactions involve a mix of order tracking queries, account-related issues, and service requests. Calls run primarily in Hindi with occasional English interactions. Daily call targets and quality scores are tracked by the Team Leader each shift.
This role works well for candidates who are comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods, can stay composed under call pressure, and are looking for a stable office-based job in Delhi with a clear path to senior agent or team lead positions.
