Fresher Hub is recruiting Customer Support Associates for a full-time onsite role in Delhi. The position focuses on resolving customer queries through phone and email, maintaining accurate ticket records, and ensuring a smooth resolution experience within defined service timelines. You will join a support team of 15 associates working on a software client account. Queries span subscription issues, billing disputes, and product usage guidance. The team uses a helpdesk tool such as Freshdesk or Zendesk to log and manage tickets. Shifts are rotational — morning and afternoon — and the team operates Monday through Saturday with one weekly off day.
