Role Context

NM Finance Analysts support specific business divisions — Technology, Field Services, Investment Products, or Corporate Functions — and are responsible for monthly reporting and annual planning deliverables within their assigned cost centers. The culture is collaborative, and analysts have significant access to senior finance leaders who are invested in developing early-career talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly expense reports and budget vs. actual variance analysis
• Maintain financial models for annual plan and multi-year projections
• Analyze headcount and compensation costs across assigned business units
• Support strategic planning submissions with financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Build Excel and Power BI dashboards for finance leadership
• Partner with HR and operations on workforce cost planning

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Strong Excel financial modeling skills
• Exposure to financial planning tools (Hyperion, Planful, or similar)
• Dependable and organized with recurring close and reporting commitments
• Collaborative communication style suitable for cross-functional business partners
• Internship in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting preferred
