Role Context

NM Finance Analysts support specific business divisions — Technology, Field Services, Investment Products, or Corporate Functions — and are responsible for monthly reporting and annual planning deliverables within their assigned cost centers. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly expense reports and budget vs. actual variance analysis
  • Maintain financial models for annual plan and multi-year projections
  • Analyze headcount and compensation costs across assigned business units
  • Support strategic planning submissions with financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Build Excel and Power BI dashboards for finance leadership
  • Partner with HR and operations on workforce cost planning

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Strong Excel financial modeling skills
  • Exposure to financial planning tools (Hyperion, Planful, or similar)
  • Dependable and organized with recurring close and reporting commitments
  • Collaborative communication style suitable for cross-functional business partners
  • Internship in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting preferred
