Role Context

Visa Finance Analysts are embedded in regional or product finance teams of 4–10 people. You will own specific reporting deliverables, maintain forecast models, and support quarterly business reviews for leadership. Visa's finance organization is known for strong data infrastructure and encourages analysts to go beyond standard reports to surface meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial performance reports for assigned business segments
• Maintain rolling revenue and expense forecasts updated with latest actuals
• Perform variance analysis and prepare management commentary
• Support annual operating plan process across budgeting and headcount planning
• Build financial models to evaluate business cases for new products or initiatives
• Collaborate with accounting for close calendar activities and accrual estimates

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong Excel financial modeling capabilities
• SQL or Python skills are a meaningful advantage
• Analytical and comfortable presenting insights to business partners
• Ability to work independently on recurring deliverables with minimal supervision
• Finance internship at a tech, fintech, or payments company preferred
