Role Context

Analysts are embedded in business line finance teams supporting Consumer Banking, Asset Management, or Corporate sectors. You will own recurring reporting deliverables within your first 60 days and be expected to flag data anomalies, propose improvements, and present findings to senior managers. Team size is typically 6–12 analysts per division.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports for senior leadership
• Analyze revenue, expense, and balance sheet trends across business lines
• Support month-end close activities including journal entry preparation and reconciliations
• Collaborate with accounting, treasury, and risk teams on cross-functional projects
• Automate recurring reports using Excel, Python, or internal BI tools

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (2024–2025 grad)
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
• Familiarity with financial statements and basic accounting principles
• Analytical mindset with attention to numerical accuracy
• Clear written and verbal communication for reporting to senior stakeholders
• Internship in finance, banking, or corporate accounting is a plus
