Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and provide support through voice calls and chat channels
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and within defined timelines
  • Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining communication standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams when escalation or additional assistance is required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Follow company guidelines, operational procedures, and service quality standards

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Graduates preferred
  • Candidates with prior voice or chat customer service experience will have an advantage
  • Strong Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support environment

Shift & Work Schedule

  • Rotational shifts
  • 6 working days per week
  • Rotational weekly offs
  • Candidates should be comfortable working on weekends and flexible schedules
  • Applicants should be willing to travel to the office independently
