About This Role

ConnectCall India is looking for Outbound Tele Calling Executives for a customer engagement project in Delhi. You will reach out to existing customers of an insurance company — not cold leads — to inform them about policy renewals, new add-on options, and service updates. The tone is informational rather than high-pressure. Both freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of BPO experience can apply.

Role Context

The outbound team at our Nehru Place centre handles roughly 120–150 calls per day per agent. Leads are pre-qualified existing customers, so conversations are warmer than typical cold calling. Your team lead reviews call recordings weekly and gives structured feedback. There is a healthy internal competition with weekly performance boards and team incentives for hitting monthly targets together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call existing policy holders to inform them about upcoming renewal dates
  • Explain add-on coverage options in simple, jargon-free language
  • Handle customer questions about their existing policy accurately
  • Transfer interested customers to the senior sales executive for closing
  • Log every call with outcome and notes in the CRM
  • Achieve daily connect and transfer targets as set by the floor manager

Requirements & Skills

  • Fluent Hindi speaker — clear, confident delivery on calls
  • Basic English reading ability for CRM and script usage
  • Minimum 12th pass — graduates preferred but not mandatory
  • Willing to work in a structured shift environment with call monitoring
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection on calls without getting discouraged
