ConnectCall India is looking for Outbound Tele Calling Executives for a customer engagement project in Delhi. You will reach out to existing customers of an insurance company — not cold leads — to inform them about policy renewals, new add-on options, and service updates. The tone is informational rather than high-pressure. Both freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of BPO experience can apply.
The outbound team at our Nehru Place centre handles roughly 120–150 calls per day per agent. Leads are pre-qualified existing customers, so conversations are warmer than typical cold calling. Your team lead reviews call recordings weekly and gives structured feedback. There is a healthy internal competition with weekly performance boards and team incentives for hitting monthly targets together.
Candidates who want to enter the BPO or insurance sector and have a natural ability to communicate clearly in Hindi will find this role a solid starting point. The product is non-technical and the leads are warm — making it one of the easier outbound processes to succeed in as a fresher.
