Female Telecaller Required – Hyderabad | Day Shift | Fresher Welcome

About This Role

Karthikeya HR Solutions is hiring Female Telecallers for an outbound calling project based in Hyderabad. You will contact potential customers on behalf of a financial services client, explain product offerings, and schedule callbacks for the sales team. This is not a hard-sell role — you are primarily setting appointments and gathering interest. Day shift only, no night shifts, and the office is well-connected by public transport.

Role Context

You will work in a team of 12 female telecallers under a female team supervisor. Daily call targets are reasonable — around 80–100 dials per day with a connect rate expectation of 40–50 conversations. Scripts are provided and you are not expected to improvise heavily. The work environment is professional, air-conditioned, and has a dedicated break area for female staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned prospect lists using the dialler system
• Introduce the product clearly and answer basic queries from prospects
• Schedule callbacks and sales meetings for the field team
• Update call outcomes in the CRM after every interaction
• Meet daily appointment-setting targets as agreed with the team lead
• Maintain a professional, friendly tone throughout every call

Requirements & Skills

• Clear spoken Telugu and Hindi — English is a bonus but not mandatory
• Pleasant voice and confident communication style
• 10th or 12th pass minimum — graduates also welcome
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills for CRM data entry
• Female candidates only for this specific project requirement
