About This Role

CallBridge India is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a voice-based inbound support project at our Mumbai centre. You will handle calls from customers of a leading consumer goods brand — answering product queries, processing complaints, and resolving order-related issues. This is a day shift role with fixed working hours and no night shifts. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of BPO experience are welcome.

Role Context

You will join a team of 40+ agents on a structured inbound voice process. Daily call volume averages 80–100 calls per agent. A team lead monitors call quality and provides daily coaching. The process is well-documented with clear escalation paths, so even first-time BPO candidates settle in quickly after a 5-day training period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls in Hindi and English professionally
  • Resolve product complaints, refund requests, and delivery issues within one call where possible
  • Update customer records accurately in the CRM after every interaction
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the senior support queue
  • Meet daily call handling targets and quality scores set by the team lead
  • Attend daily briefings and weekly quality review sessions

Requirements & Skills

  • Clear spoken Hindi — fluency is mandatory; English communication at conversational level
  • HSC (12th pass) minimum — graduates preferred
  • Comfortable sitting and taking calls for 8 hours with scheduled breaks
  • Basic computer operation skills — typing, CRM data entry
  • Patient, calm under pressure, and genuinely interested in helping customers
  • Mumbai residents preferred for easy daily commute to Andheri office
