CallBridge India is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a voice-based inbound support project at our Mumbai centre. You will handle calls from customers of a leading consumer goods brand — answering product queries, processing complaints, and resolving order-related issues. This is a day shift role with fixed working hours and no night shifts. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of BPO experience are welcome.
You will join a team of 40+ agents on a structured inbound voice process. Daily call volume averages 80–100 calls per agent. A team lead monitors call quality and provides daily coaching. The process is well-documented with clear escalation paths, so even first-time BPO candidates settle in quickly after a 5-day training period.
