Role Context

BCG Summer Associates are embedded in a real client engagement from week one. You will tackle a defined analytical workstream with guidance from a project leader and participate in BCG Connect — a structured networking, training, and social program for the summer cohort. Most strong performers receive full-time offers.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to research, data analysis, and strategy development on active client engagements
• Help develop findings and presentations for senior client leadership
• Own a defined analytical workstream with project leader guidance
• Build case interview and analytical skills through structured feedback and coaching
• Participate in BCG Connect networking, training, and intern cohort activities
• Collaborate with full project teams in BCG's flat, collaborative team structure

Requirements & Skills

• Undergraduate student graduating Dec 2027 – Aug 2028 from any field of study
• Non-MBA master's students from all fields are also eligible
• Must complete BCG's Consulting Career Assessment (CCA) after application
• Strong academic performance and quantitative aptitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; intellectual curiosity
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
