Role Context

BCG Associates are placed on client teams immediately after joining — working alongside Senior Partners, Principals, and Project Leaders on real engagements for Fortune 500 companies, global institutions, and government agencies. BCG's flat team structure means Associates contribute meaningfully from week one, not years into their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Join client service teams and own defined analytical workstreams on strategy and operations engagements
• Gather and synthesize data from client systems, interviews, surveys, and market research
• Build Excel models, conduct benchmarking, and develop PowerPoint decks for C-suite clients
• Identify root causes of client business problems and co-develop data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate on diverse projects spanning corporate strategy, digital transformation, and sustainability
• Maintain accountability for workstream quality and insight delivery

Requirements & Skills

• Undergraduate graduating Dec 2026 – Aug 2027 from any field of study (not currently in an MBA program)
• Must complete BCG's Consulting Career Assessment (CCA) after applying
• Strong academic performance; exceptional analytical and structured thinking skills
• Outstanding communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities
• High intellectual curiosity and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship availability varies by office)
