About This Role

Fresher Hub is hiring Part Time Telecallers for an inbound and outbound calling project that you can handle entirely from home. You will be speaking to job seekers who have registered on our platform — helping them understand the application process, confirming their details, and guiding them to suitable job openings. No sales targets and no cold calling from scratch. All leads are warm — these are people who have already expressed interest in finding work.

Role Context

Telecallers work in a 3-hour shift (morning, afternoon, or evening — your choice) and handle an average of 25–35 calls per shift. A team supervisor is available on WhatsApp during your shift if you need guidance on any call. Call scripts and FAQs are provided so you always know what to say. Audio quality matters more than an accent — speak clearly and naturally, and you will do well.

Key Responsibilities

• Call registered job seekers to confirm their details and job preferences
• Explain available job openings and guide candidates to apply for relevant roles
• Update the CRM system after each call with a brief call summary
• Follow up on pending or incomplete applications via call or SMS
• Handle basic candidate queries about the application process
• Escalate complaints or difficult cases to the supervisor immediately
• Maintain a daily call log with outcomes (reached, not reachable, follow-up needed)

Requirements & Skills

• Clear spoken Hindi and basic conversational English
• Good listening skills — can understand what the candidate needs quickly
• A smartphone with a good network connection (Android or iOS)
• Comfortable talking to strangers professionally and confidently
• 10th pass or above — freshers welcome
• Willing to commit to a fixed 3-hour shift daily, 5 days a week
