About This Role

Fresher Hub is looking for Part Time Email and Chat Support Executives who can handle customer queries from home. This is a non-voice, text-based support role — you will never be required to make or receive phone calls. If you are comfortable writing in English, enjoy helping people, and want a steady part time work from home job with fixed hours, this opening is for you. Freshers with good written communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Role Context

You will handle inbound customer queries sent via email and live chat for one of our partner platforms. Each shift is 4 hours long and you can choose a morning or evening slot based on availability. A supervisor monitors chat quality and provides weekly feedback. Most queries are straightforward — order status, refund requests, or basic product questions — and a ready response library is provided to help you answer quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails and chat messages within defined SLA timelines
• Use the provided response templates and adapt them where needed
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to senior support staff
• Maintain a daily log of resolved and pending tickets
• Flag repeated complaints or product issues to the team lead
• Keep all customer conversations professional, polite, and helpful
• Participate in a 30-minute weekly quality review call

Requirements & Skills

• Good written English — clear, grammatically correct sentences
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Gmail or any email client
• Ability to type at least 30 WPM with accuracy
• A laptop or desktop with reliable broadband or Wi-Fi connection
• Patient, empathetic communication style
• 12th pass or any graduate — no prior experience necessary
• Availability for a fixed 4-hour daily shift (morning or evening)
