Entry Level HR Assistant – Canada

Your Responsibilities

  • Post job openings and screen resumes for warehouse and office roles
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding for new hires
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Process payroll inputs and benefits enrollment forms
  • Respond to employee inquiries about policies and procedures

What We Are Looking For

  • Diploma or degree in HR, business, or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • No HR work experience required for entry-level track
