Job Description

Customer Service Representative – E-Commerce Canada

FulfillPlus Canada needs a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our e-commerce clients' customers. Handle order inquiries, resolve complaints, and deliver great experiences.

Day-to-Day Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Track and update order status, delivery issues, and returns
  • Process refunds, exchanges, and escalations per company policy
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Meet daily CSAT and productivity targets

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Clear verbal and written communication in English
  • Comfortable multitasking across phone and digital channels
  • French language skills are a strong asset
